The Pits
Lately I've been in the pits.
But for once, not the deep, dark pits.
Nope.
In the long jump/triple jump pits at
Joel Wiens Stadium.
As a coach.
Me.
A coach.
So far, I'm loving it. LOVING it.
It's an adjustment for our kids.
An adjustment for my husband.
An adjustment for me.
But I feel like it's a gift.
A God-opportunity.
And I plan to enjoy it.
(And on beautiful days like today,
that's not hard :)
